Make sure that you want an “open relationship”. If you are not willing to share her with other people, then she is not right for you. And also make sure that she is willing to share you with others. Otherwise your expectations of each other in a relationship are not compatible.
I am bisexual, but am very monogamous. It is not true that bisexual people need partners of both sexes. But a relationship needs the agreement of both partners. If you want monogamy and she wants open, you are not compatible.
