   That depends on the self image this transexual has. If he thinks of himself as a woman, he’d definitely be a lesbian. But if he thinks of himself as a man who would prefer to have female genitalia, the the answers is no. Even though he is transgendered in a phenotypical sense, he is still heterosexual. Isn’t psychiatry wonderful??

   Your gender identity is different from your sexual orientation. In fact, many transexuals (MtF and FtM) are Lesbian, Gay or bi.
