She could be. Maybe she is just curious and trying to figure stuff out. Are you both still fairly young? Looking at women doesn’t automatically make her bi or lesbian. The female body is better looking than a man’s in many ways. Maybe just looking at naked people is all she needs to think about sex and it doesn’t matter if they are men or women.

I think she is a bi,It seems that she has a cruch on other girls.If U are really intersted in hre,U should try having her.LOL,UI think U should make her a test by trin’ being with her alone & get her horny & then U will discover if she is a bi or not.U may watch a movie together at home of any of U.make it look romantic,get closer to her & she will reveal her feelings I think.
